What Seasonly is

Seasonly is an analytics tool. You upload a sales CSV and it returns a seasonal demand dashboard and suggested pricing windows. That's the whole service.

Recommendations are insights, not advice

The patterns and pricing windows Seasonly produces are derived from your own historical data. They are insights to test, not guarantees and not financial, legal, or business advice. Observational data can't prove cause and effect, and seasonal patterns can shift with the market. You're responsible for the pricing and business decisions you make, and we recommend testing changes before rolling them out broadly.

Your data and responsibilities

You must have the right to upload the data you submit. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, attempting to disrupt it, overload it, break into it, or use it to process data you aren't allowed to. How your uploaded file is handled is described on the Privacy page.

Availability

We work to keep Seasonly available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be correct or profitable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seasonly and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue or profits — arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

Changes
